For 13 years, I built and operated businesses across three different industries while raising four daughters.

Why is there a registration fee?
The small fee encourages participants to complete the pre-work and arrive ready to apply the material. It also allows us to provide the scorecard, training resources, and guided live workshop as one complete experience.
When is the workshop?
The live workshop takes place Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
How long is the workshop?
Plan for approximately 60 minutes of teaching, assessment, and practical application. Additional time may be reserved for questions.
Will there be a replay?
Yes. Registered participants will receive temporary replay access. The replay will not remain available indefinitely, so attending live is strongly recommended.
Is this only for mothers?
No. The workshop is designed with the realities of mothers and women balancing significant family responsibilities in mind, but any established woman entrepreneur who wants to reduce founder dependency is welcome.
Is this only for women?
Women of Scale primarily serves women entrepreneurs, and the examples and teaching are designed around their experiences. The workshop is best suited to that audience.
Do I need to have employees?
No. You may have employees, contractors, virtual assistants, or a small support team. The training can also help a solo founder determine what must be structured before expanding her team.
Is this appropriate for a new business owner?

I already have systems. Will this still help me?

Will I receive personalized advice?
